Inspection
Please inspect your item thoroughly when the courier arrives.
Returns
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery. Delivery fees will be deducted from the total refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or fit? Notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Please note that a fee covering 100% of the delivery cost will be charged for all exchange shipments.
Note: Once the courier departs, items are considered final unless a valid exchange request is submitted within the 7 days window.
